Excursion Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment and Invoice Requests:
    • Payment is preferred 10 days in advance of the excursion.
    • The organizer is responsible for requesting an invoice and providing invoice numbers to Fairy Park at least two weeks prior to the excursion date.
    • This timeframe allows Fairy Park to process the invoice, send it to the school, and allows the school administration to make the payment and most importantly, have it show up in our account prior to the excursion taking place.
    • If no payment is received by the time of admission, the regular fees will apply and payment made in full via credit card before entry will be permitted.
  2. Invoice Alterations and Payment:
    • Once the invoice is generated, payment is required for the specified amount, even if fewer students attend on the day.
    • No refunds will be issued for a lower number of attendees. However, the invoice can be altered once, prior to payment, without any additional cost.
  3. Additional Students on the Day:
    • If more students arrive than the number on the invoice, the regular rates will apply.
    • Payment for additional students can be made at the ticket box on the day via cash or credit card (surcharges apply).
  4. Cancellations and Changes:
    • In the unlikely event that Fairy Park needs to cancel the excursion due to unforeseen circumstances, and we have received your payment, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
    • A change of date is allowed on short notice once by the school, should bad weather prevail or any unforeseen circumstance arise. We kindly remind you that a few passing showers shouldn’t significantly affect your day, but if consistent rain or adverse weather conditions are expected, it would be appropriate to consider rescheduling to another day.
    • If the school decides to cancel the excursion after the payment has been received, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
    • Please note that any changes or cancellations should be communicated to us promptly to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
    • By understanding and adhering to these terms, you will contribute to a smooth and efficient admission process on the day of your excursion. We appreciate your cooperation and compliance with these guidelines, as they enable us to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
